June 18, 2009 (Do you seek out a librarian when you need help finding information for your homework? Why or why not?)
No, I never seek out a librarian when i need help finding information for my homework. The reason for me is because it just never comes to mind. If I need info for something i just go to google.I guess it just our generation, we'd rather use technology rather than an human. Plus, what if i needed info over the weekend, I would want to have to drive allll the way to the library just so they can help me find info, when i can find itt on the internet?

That's true! But that's also why many libraries are adding remote services such as chat and Ask a Librarian to our customers. Consider also: what if you don't/can't find the information that you need on the Internet? Do you keep looking or do you just give up?
